What I collect
Only what you choose to send: your name, email, company, project details, dates, budget range and any links you share through the project form or by email. If you hire me, I also keep the files, feedback and invoices needed to complete the project.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Who helps me run things
A few service providers handle information on my behalf: FormSubmit delivers project form messages to my inbox, Cloudflare hosts this website, Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, and my email and invoicing providers store our correspondence and billing records. When a trusted editor helps on your project, they see only what's needed to do the work. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project and billing records are kept as long as needed for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. Email sarah@alignedproductions.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
